 The APAC Compliance Helpdesk is available from 9:00am to 5:30pm SGT, Monday to Friday. Our target turnaround time is within 24 hours. To help us respond efficiently, please include key details of your query, including the country/market concerned.

Members will receive up to 20 minutes of free, impartial and confidential compliance guidance, covering topics such as contractor engagement, worker classification, local regulatory considerations, insurance requirements, and general employment-related compliance guidance across APAC jurisdictions.
