When can members access our Helpdesks?
The Legal & Compliance, Accountancy and APAC Compliance Helpdesks are available from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm SGT, Monday to Friday. The International Compliance Helpdesk is based in the UK and available during UK timezone hours 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, also Monday to Friday.
The turnaround target is 24 hours, and you will receive up to 20 minutes of free specialist advice.
Please note that our helpdesks cannot cover complex, ongoing issues, tax issues, review of contracts, correspondence, or written advice. If your issue does not fall within the scope of the helpdesk, you may want to enter into a commercial agreement with your own solicitors or with one of our specialist affiliate members.
