APSCo has partnered with Workwell Global, the international expert supplier of contractor payroll and management solutions to the recruitment market, to provide members with global compliance advice in EMEA, the USA, and Canada. Members will receive up to 20 minutes of free, impartial, confidential compliance advice on issues such as recruitment regulation, contractor compliance, insurance, and general basic employment advice for jurisdictions outside the UK.
To use the International Compliance Helpdesk, please complete this website form and provide some basic information on your query, including the country concerned, your work email address and contact telephone details. This helpdesk is designed to give general compliance advice; it is not for the purpose of providing legal advice and you should refer any query requiring legal advice back to the legal help desk which can provide the member with details of our Legal Trusted Partners.
The Legal & Compliance and Accountancy Helpdesks are available from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm local time, Monday to Friday. The International Compliance Helpdesk is based in the UK and available during UK timezone hours 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, also Monday to Friday.
The turnaround target is 24 hours, and you will receive up to 20 minutes of free specialist advice.
Please note that our helpdesks cannot cover complex, ongoing issues, tax issues, review of contracts, correspondence, or written advice. If your issue does not fall within the scope of the helpdesk, you may want to enter into a commercial agreement with your own solicitors or with one of our specialist affiliate members.
The Helpdesk can only form opinions and provide generic guidance based on the information provided by the user of the Helpdesk. Information provided by the Helpdesk should not be treated as legal advice. The Helpdesk is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and no lawyer/client relationship will exist between the Helpdesk advisor and the user.
