APSCo Southeast Asia, in partnership with Mamba Partners, invites recruitment leaders, recruiters and workforce solutions professionals to a practical workshop exploring how AI is changing the way recruitment businesses manage and utilise candidate data.

This educational session will examine the recruitment database as a long-term business asset, exploring the operational effort involved in maintaining candidate and CV databases, alongside the challenges that often prevent businesses from fully realising their value.

The workshop will also explore how AI agents can support recruiter workflows, reduce manual processes and help uncover opportunities within existing recruitment data.

Sessions will include practical discussion around:

• The recruitment database as a strategic asset
• Operational challenges and workflow limitations
• AI agents and recruiter workflows
• Practical examples of applied AI within recruitment operations

The session will feature insights from James Sun, Founder and CEO of Mamba Partners, and Jae Lee, serial entrepreneur, applied AI solution expert and former Samsung technology leader.

The workshop will conclude with networking drinks and discussion among attendees.
