APSCo Southeast Asia is delighted to announce its first set of workshops for 2026, "The Winning Edge: Transforming Mindset into Results for Recruitment Leaders," delivered in collaboration with Arcadia Consulting.

 

Many recruitment companies are currently struggling to hit their targets, and while it may be tempting to see this just as a sales issue, the challenge is often deeper. When forecasts appear tight or uncertain, teams can feel pressured and demotivated.  In many cases, it is less about sales skills and more about motivation. This workshop will explore how the right mindset can reignite motivation and purpose within teams—because when people are motivated and focused, success follows.

Practical ways to boost intrinsic motivation:

  • Identify helpful responses to events and setbacks, by exercising choice over motivation or beliefs
